Last week at the library I picked up a few books to browse, I alreay wrote about the one on God and modern art. This browsing is in addition to my regular reading, but can be fun to skim a book.
One big I picked up was Defending Identity by Natan Sharansky, the Israel politican and former Soviet dissident who was one of the major intellectual influences on George Bush.
I started skimming the book last night and found it very engaging, particularly as Sharansky was writing about his experience imprisoned by the KGB. And, surprise, surprise, that story became a part of Sunday's sermon.
