Read an analysis of the latest case to declare the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional. So, it seems that SCOTUS will have to take this up in the next term and give some conclusion to all these varied cases. But if they delay, then we'll be winning even more cases.
Oh, and realize that this judge is a George W. Bush appointee. Conservatives on the courts can be our friends, as the case we are making is essentially a conservative one.
