Contraception and the Constitution

With the filing of all these lawsuits, we will get a definitive ruling on the meaning of constitutionally protected religious liberty. Here is a good article in the Daily Beast outlining the issues and how Scalia's own precedent should mean a ruling in favour of the Obama administration, but you never know what this SCOTUS will do.
